About
About and method
Voice Agent Matrix compares voice AI agent platforms on the things teams ask about before they build: what a minute costs, how fast it answers, whether it can take a phone call, and whether it passes a security review.
Coverage
11 platforms × 11 features = 121 cells. 105 are filled from an official page; 16 are Unknown. Every cell was last checked Nov 4, 2026.
How cells are filled
- Yes The vendor's own pricing page, docs or product page states it.
- Partial Only on an enterprise plan, as a paid add-on, limited, or close to but not quite the feature (the note says which).
- No The vendor's page says it isn't offered.
- Unknown We couldn't find an official statement. That doesn't mean it's missing. We never guess or copy third-party claims.
The small text under each badge is a short summary of the vendor's wording; hover a cell or open the platform page for the full note. Numbers like latency, language counts and compliance certifications are vendor claims, linked to where the vendor makes them. We don't benchmark or audit.
How this differs from other comparisons
Most comparisons of voice agent platforms are blog posts by one of the vendors, or affiliate listicles with ratings and no sources. This matrix is vendor-neutral, every cell links to the official page it came from with the date we checked it, and anything we couldn't verify says Unknown. Each feature has its own page, changes are logged on /updates with an RSS feed, and the data is open JSON.
- Retell AI's comparison articles: detailed but written by a vendor in the matrix.
- kx21.com voice agent comparisons: third-party feature tables without per-cell sources or check dates.
- Morph LLM voice agent roundups: editorial roundups; no open data or changelog.
- Autoesta voice AI reviews: review-style ratings rather than sourced facts.
How updates are generated
Each refresh re-reads the official pages, updates data/build_data.py, then scripts/gen_updates.py diffs the new data against the last snapshot. Every changed cell, new platform or removed platform becomes a dated entry on /updates and in the RSS feed.
Independence and money
This tracker is funded by one clearly labelled sponsor slot and, where they exist, affiliate links that are marked as such. Sponsors and affiliates never change a cell, a ranking or the order of the matrix. See Sponsor this tracker.

Corrections
Vendors: if a cell is wrong or out of date, publish the fact on an official page and it'll be picked up on the next refresh. We only change cells when there's an official source to link.
